I wanted to say JazakumAllah khaiurn to everyone who made the Youth Conference; specifically my dear sisters, Convention Head and Program team members, Ayesha Siddiqui and Sidra Enver.
May Allah increase your reward in the Akhirah and make this abode one filled with fulfilling Allah’s pleasure.
Let us all please reaffirm our intentions concerning why we did what we did for this conference. No effort is minimal, only the reward I pray will be multiplied according to and above our intentions.
You guys are very organized (may be too organized ...haha) and that made a world of a difference. You both thus raised the bar. From moderator manuscripts to attending meetings on time, to post-its (Ayesha and Sidra:) you set the standard.
Congratulations on a job well done and done and done only by Allah’s Permission.

SubhanAllah, there were many others who helped and made the conference as well: Erum and Sabah Chaudhry from CT helped big time, Sania from Central NJ, ET, , Nida Hassan from Central Jersey-booth, Jouveria and sister (our future YM-ers) from California booth Rida Fozi –for an amazing poem and artwork, Fatima Abbasi and Br. Azeem, Aasiya Islam, Nadia Ansari, Amna Tariq, Samara Abbasi, Fatimah Beig, Siama Khan (can you officially join YM already?), Fatima Mian, Umaimah Uddin (in no particular order), Kiran, Tooba, April's mom, Mayha, Asma (NY and Westchester) offsite, Faiza Mazhar and Eman, Neda, etc.. If I left you out, you know who you are and I still want to thank you. JazakumAllaho khariun
There were others who were very sick. Others had lack of sleep but still sacrificed.
Others did not even want to be there but understood the goal of Islamic work and thus aided YM brothers and sisters.
It takes a deeper understanding and a lot of sacrifice of our opinions to help make such an event work, and I am glad to many volunteers understood this.
May Allah reward you all. Let us pray Allah forgives us all our sins and makes us realize that more fault lies with us then it does on any particular person, event, or situation.
If you went to the Youth Conference and derived some benefit, please do post about the 'lessons learned' and please please please make duaa for the organizers.
May Allah forgive all our sins.
