Dude it's spring, I'd go outside and have a picnic! =)
Remember how much fun we had @ Suwaiyah's?

You know, when you wrote 'hinking', i know you meant thinking but i read hiking and i was like that is such an awesome idea.. but i'm not sure Ani and Muna will agree ;)

Anyway, insha'Allah everything will go well Hafsa. If you do something for Allah's sake, He will be there to help you every step of the way. Make the proper intentions and go for it.

and when we make connections with people for the sake of Allah, they are definitely the best ones.

subhanAllah, when you make a connection merely for the sake of being closer to One who is far from imperfection, it is only expected that through thick and thin, our relationship will make us rise above all that clutter of this dunya.

Indeed, any person whom we love soley for the sake of Allah, meaning, we are only close to them because it allows us to be Closer to our Creator, they only do us good.

Assalaamu Alaikum Calgary!

insha-Allah, so what i was hinking is want the girls to feel reaaaly comfortable, not all up tight and misplaced, so i need a really gppd icebreaker, i can remeber some good ones from the various events we had in toronto, but please share nad tell me what would be the best to do. my favorite ice breaker, as cj members know, is the trust excercise. The fun increases as the height of the fall does. but you should be safe and just lay low. split up into groups of 3 sisters. One sister closes her eyes and the other two lock their arms forming something like a 'gurney frame' behind her. The sister whose eyes are closed falls backwards on the arms of the other two sisters. And the two sisters catch her.

....make the ice breaker an activity rather than something they have to do too much thinking about or do writing!:D
