A discussion will be lead by our guest speaker,

Br. Shamsi Ali, the Director of Jamaica Muslim Center.

I thought it was great, Alhumdulillah...

the talk by Br. Shamsi Ali really cleared things up for me...
and I enjoyed the singing game even tho our team couldn't come up with tunes to go with our song, heh ;)

Other than that... alhamdulillah the arrangements, the recitation ;), the food, the lecture, the activites, were all great and well planned out. May Allah (swt) reward the organizers. I had a lot of fun and I was wayyyy exhausted by the time I reached home.

And tears fall over wasted sacrifice

Blessed is he
Who sings Allah's praises fervently
Blessed be all alf of Allah's slaves
Allah's mercy be with them always

I second that, I was in Swazaay's group and I was really happy she was the team leader
I havent used household items (the spoon and one sided spoon storage case were great) to hear the sound of music in a while.

These were the lyrics Swazaay's and my group were challenged with to produce a tune.
